Can I wear my jewelry while taking bath or wash my hand?

Medividi's Jewelry is made from 18K Gold-Plated brass. The gold coating on gold-plated jewelry can eventually fade because of usage. Check on how to take care your jewelry click here.

What should I do when my jewelry start to tarnish?

When your jewelry start to tarnish, you may want to repolish. Repolish your jewelry with us.

How long does it take to process a custom order?

For custom order, the process will take 7 to 14 working days, and will be delivered maximum one day after process finish.

Can I custom Medividi's product in silver or solid gold?

Yes you can. We accept custom material order in silver or solid gold. You may consult it first with our admin via Whatsapp.
